If you are ...

New to Yoga:

Everyone is welcome, including beginners. Don’t worry if you’re not flexible.

A Senior with Limited Exercise:

We recommend attending classes marked with a “senior” symbol in our schedule.

An Elementary School Student or Older:

You’re welcome to join as long as parents ensure their children do not disrupt other students.

Unfortunately, if this is difficult, we may have to ask you to leave the studio.

Pregnant (Maternity):

If you regularly practice yoga, are in a stable period of your pregnancy, and have your doctor’s approval to exercise, you are welcome to join.

However, please note that some classes may not be suitable for you. Contact us first for advice.

Alternatively, you can book a private yoga class.

Private Yoga Classes for Maternity:

If you have never practiced yoga before pregnancy, please book a private class at 12,000 JPY for one hour.

If you’d like to attend with your husband or a friend, the cost is 12,000 JPY for two students.

Injured / Diseases

If your doctor advises against exercise, you should refrain from attending yoga lessons.
However, if you have clearance from your doctor, you are welcome to join. If you have a serious medical condition, please inform us in advance (we ensure the protection of your personal information), and we can suggest alternative postures for you.
During menstruation, it’s advisable to avoid inverted postures and intense twisting movements.

Cancel policy

Please cancel your reservation as soon as possible if you find that you cannot attend the class.
This is important because there may be students on the waiting list who could take your place.
Please note that not showing up without any prior notice will result in a 100% no-show fee.

Yoga Class Etiquette

1)Arrival Time: Please arrive well before the scheduled start time of the yoga lesson

3)Device Sounds: Ensure that your smartphone or alarm is either turned off or switched to silent mode to avoid disturbances

4)Consideration for Others: Be aware of everyone’s experience in the class. This doesn’t mean you have to engage in conversation with others, but be considerate of their space and presence

5)Noise Levels: Please keep conversations at a low volume. You’re welcome to stretch, meditate, or use the time before the lesson begins as you see fit. Feel free to ask questions to the teacher, but be mindful not to create noisy distractions
